Complaints
Should you have any complaints, please notify us at support@leeuwenhart.amsterdam
In the e-mail, clearly state your name and e-mail address and please provide us with all relevant information, such as product code, description of the concerning product(s), date of purchase, reason of complaint etc.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please e-mail us within 30 days to arrange a return. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Damage
Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items.
Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes.
Contact sales@leeuwenhart.amsterdam to let us know about any damage a.s.a.p. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.
Please be careful when unpacking your order. We are not responsible for damage occurring during the unpacking of your order.
